Summitt Energy is a proud supporter of the Winter Warmth Program; a fund that was established in Toronto by United Way and Enbrige Gas Distribution to provide financial assistance to low-income families and individuals struggling to pay their heating bills. During the winter months, low-income families choose between feeding their families or keeping them warm. From the generosity community, families can have these necessities with the Winter Warmth Program. Since its establishment in 2004, the program has grown in scope to other communities within Ontario, as well as offering assistance with the energy efficiency of eligible homes. Last year the Winter Warmth Fund helped more than 650 households in Ontario. Offering a hand to those in need during these Canadian winters, Summitt Energy hopes that you stay warm and cozy this holiday!
