Ontario defines consultations for Energy East

This recent Canadian Press article discusses TransCanada Corp.’s 4,500 kilometre Energy East pipeline, and its revised guidelines around project communications with First Nations communities.  The major hydrocarbon pipeline project is labelled “Energy East” and is a 15.7 billion dollar structure, meant to carry Alberta crude oil to Saint John, N.B.  Premiere Wynne maintains the importance of keeping First Nations involved, and hearing all concerns, as the pipeline project moves forward.
